baji66 ("Platform", "we" or "us") is an online gaming service provider that offers various gaming services to users in Bangladesh ("you" or "user"). These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with the Platform. By accessing the Platform or creating an account, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms. 2. Eligibility and Account Registration
Registration Requirements
The following conditions must be met to create an account on baji66:
- You must be 21 years of age or older.
- You must provide your real name, correct date of birth, and valid contact details.
- Each person may only create one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in all accounts being cancelled.
- The account must be created for your own use — operating an account on behalf of another person is not allowed.
- All information provided must be true, complete, and up to date. Providing false information may result in account suspension or cancellation.
Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password confidential. Third parties must not be given access to your account. You are personally responsible for any unauthorised transactions or activity carried out through your account. If you suspect a security breach on your account, contact our support team immediately.
3. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
Deposit Conditions
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 per method.
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
- Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
- Deposits made using a third-party payment method will be declined and returned.
- Deposit amounts are calculated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
Withdrawal Conditions
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
- Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
- Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification is not complete.
- Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing from a bonus balance.
- baji66 reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal if fraud is suspected.
4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. Wagering requirements must be met to claim the bonus.
- Wagering requirement: 15 times the bonus amount.
- Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → Total balance ৳3,000.
- Example 2: Deposit ৳16,000 → ৳15,000 bonus → Total balance ৳31,000.
- The bonus applies once only and on the first deposit.
- Which games may be played with bonus funds will be stated in the specific terms of each offer.
General Bonus Policy
- Each promotional offer will have its own terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated on the offer page.
- If bonus misuse or fraud is found, the bonus and any related winnings will be cancelled.
- Any attempt to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in all accounts being cancelled.
- baji66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
5. Gaming Rules and Betting Conditions
General Gaming Conditions
- No games can be played when the balance is zero.
- Game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is fair and impartial.
- If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the bet amount will be returned.
- If a game is interrupted due to a lost internet connection, the data saved on the server will be considered final.
- baji66 reserves the right to make corrections in the event of a technical error or incorrect display in any game.
Prohibited Activities
- Using bots, automation software, or artificial intelligence to play games is strictly prohibited.
- Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the Platform is prohibited.
- Attempting to control game outcomes through secret communication with other users is prohibited.
- Using the Platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited and punishable by law.
6. VIP Program and Cashback
VIP Tiers
The baji66 VIP program has three tiers. You can move up to a higher tier through regular gaming activity.
- Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
- Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
- Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.
Cashback is automatically credited to your account each week. VIP tier details and cashback rules may change at any time. Users will be informed before any changes take effect. VIP benefits will be cancelled if the account is closed.
7. Account Suspension and Cancellation
Reasons for Suspension
baji66 may temporarily suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- When additional information is needed during the verification process.
- When unusual or suspicious transactions or gaming activity is detected.
- While investigating an alleged violation of the Terms.
- When a security risk or suspected account compromise is identified.
Reasons for Permanent Cancellation
- A serious breach of the Terms, such as fraud, deception, or technical manipulation.
- If proof is found that an account was created by a minor.
- Evidence of money laundering or illegal activity.
- Evidence of operating multiple accounts.
- When an account is voluntarily closed at the user's request.
If there is a valid balance, it will be returned before the account is cancelled, except in cases where fraud has been proven.
8. Privacy and Personal Information
